My stay at Arts Hotel Harbiye was quite the mixed bag. The location was fantastic, super close to Taksim, which made getting around really easy. However, the housekeeping was really lacking, as I found the room wasn't cleaned properly during my entire stay. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I wouldn't say it was a five-star experience.

The room I got was supposed to be a 'comfort' room, but it felt cramped and didn't match my expectations. The bed size was smaller than a standard queen, which was super uncomfortable for two people. On top of that, the cleanliness was an issue; I noticed dust build-up. It should’ve been better maintained.

I found some of the staff to be rude, especially when I needed something. They had a hard time responding well to requests, like when I asked for additional blankets. Room service was also hit or miss—with a couple of orders missing essentials like cutlery, which was frustrating.

The hotel's location was a big plus! It's just a short walk to Taksim Square and has easy access to public transportation. I enjoyed being in the center of everything; it really made the trip more convenient.
